BLACK BELT VALUE - Goal Setting
Fall Sale - Monday September 15th through Thursday September 18th
The week of September 15th to 18th we will have a Fall Sale! Get 15% or more off uniforms, tonfas and sparring gear so you can save money while being properly prepared for the next training cycle!
Must order by midnight Thursday night so we can place the order Friday and have everything by the start of October!

🥋 Ultimate Defense Open House & Graduation Ceremony 🎉
We’re hosting an Open House to celebrate 8 years of Ultimate Defense in the Bristol community and to promote our classes!
This is a FREE event open to kids 5 & up, students and non-students alike!
STUDENTS:
- Spread the word and invite kids from your school, friends and anyone else you know
- Attend at your designated time and go through some fun drills with your friends, fellow and prospective students
- Demonstrate your skills for everyone (your usual graduation performance)
- Break a board and run an obstacle course for extra fun
- Receive your new belt like usual AND get a snowcone if you want one to celebrate
Basic Skillz Students (currently in the Basic Skillz class ages 5-6) – arrive at either 11AM or 11:30AM for your ceremony
Core Skillz Students (currently in the Core Skillz class ages 7-9) – arrive at either 12PM or 12:30PM for your ceremony
Extreme Skillz Students & Jr. Black Belts (currently in the Extreme Skillz class ages 10-14) – arrive at either 1PM or 1:30PM for your ceremony
Team Ultimate – Group Performance at the 12:30-1PM ceremony time – individuals can choose to perform extra at any of the other ceremony times as well
Core Skillz Students (currently in the Core Skillz class ages 7-9) – arrive at either 12PM or 12:30PM for your ceremony
Extreme Skillz Students & Jr. Black Belts (currently in the Extreme Skillz class ages 10-14) – arrive at either 1PM or 1:30PM for your ceremony
Team Ultimate – Group Performance at the 12:30-1PM ceremony time – individuals can choose to perform extra at any of the other ceremony times as well

NON-STUDENTS:
Karate classes every 30 minutes

Buddy Week - Monday September 29th through Thursday October 2nd
Students in all classes can invite friends to participate in class with them during the week of September 29th through October 2nd. It’s a great way to celebrate everyone’s new ranks after being promoted and to share in a fun and enriching martial arts experience! Also great for friends who couldn’t make it to our Open House, they can still try a class during Buddy Week!
