FREE Women’s Self-Defense Seminar
We’ll do a light warm-up then go over some tips and mentalities for staying safe. After that we will practice some techniques and drills for a few different self-defense situations! You’ll have a great time, learn many valuable ideas and possibly make some friends meeting other amazing women!

Holiday Sale!
Sunday, November 12th through Sunday, November 19th
This is our biggest sale of the year! Essentially it’s like a Black Friday sale except we give you a week because we know life is busy and you might have questions for us. We also do it the week before Thanksgiving because we know the week of Thanksgiving you want to focus on family and this gives us more time to get your items in, especially custom items that come in different colors and sizes that we don’t likely have in stock.
You’ll get an email with our “Holiday Sale Guide” walking you through all the items we have on sale and special deals on tuition! At a minimum everything is 15% off but certain package deals, clearance items and tuition discounts give you even more savings! We will arrange pick-up with you for any retail items such as shirts, hoodies, training weapons, etc. so that you can wrap them discreetly and give them as holiday presents.
Our next Parents’ Night Out will be Star Wars themed!

Drop your little Jedis off with us for some FUN!
These events are a hit with the whole family! Kids get some parent-free (but fully supervised) fun, and parents get some kid-free (UNsupervised) fun! 🙌 This time of year it’s a great opportunity to entertain the kids and get them out of the house while you do some holiday shopping or gift wrapping!
FUN and EXCITING things, they’ll do:

💥Learn a lightsaber form
💥Death Star Dodgeball
💥Create lightsaber battle scenes
💥Pizza & Juice/Water

Parents’ Night Out events are always a BLAST and you don’t have to be a member to join in on the fun! Tell your friends and bring along the whole gang! Attendees should be between the ages of 5 and 14.

Looking Ahead!
Black Belt Test, Graduation and one last Parents’ Night Out!
December will have our final Black Belt Test, a Graduation ceremony and one last Parents’ Night Out! The holiday season is very exciting but we want to teach our students to finish strong with their tests and the end of the cycle and year! After a strong finish and earning new belts and stripes we will take a week off so everyone can focus on their family time for the holidays. Let’s have an awesome finish to 2023 with lots of growth as individuals and martial artists!
